Филиппины будут принимать полностью вакцинированных туристов из безвизовых стран с 10 февраля
Сегодня, 28 января, министр туризма Г-жа Берна Ромуло-Пуят объявила о том, что Межведомственная целевая группа по борьбе с инфекционными заболеваниями (IATF-EID) одобрила предложение Департамента туризма.
«Мы в Департаменте туризма очень благодарны партнерам по IATF-EID за одобрение нашего предложения разрешить въезд иностранных туристов. Это долгожданное событие внесет значительный вклад в восстановление рабочих мест, в первую очередь, зависящих от туризма, а также в возобновление работы предприятий, которые закрылись во время пандемии», – сказала Госпожа Пуят.
«Благодаря слаженной координации между национальными агентствами, заинтересованными отраслями и различными местными органами власти (LGU), которая была необходима для подготовки туристических направлений в новых условиях, мы уверены, что сможем идти в ногу с нашими соседями по АСЕАН, которые уже предприняли аналогичные шаги, чтобы снова открыться для иностранных туристов», — добавила глава туризма.
Госпожа Пуят пояснила, что принятое решение IATF-EID распространяется только на туристов из стран, гражданам которых разрешен безвизовый въезд на Филиппины. Напомним, что в прошлом году IATF-EID разрешил въезд полностью вакцинированных туристов из стран/территорий/юрисдикций Зеленого списка с 1 декабря 2021 года, но позже он был временно приостановлен из-за штамма омикрон. IATF-EID также объявляет о приостановке действия системы классификации стран с 1 февраля 2022 года. С 1 февраля полностью вакцинированные филиппинцы, возвращающиеся из-за границы, больше не обязаны проходить карантин, если они могут представить отрицательный результат ПЦР-тестирования, сделанного не позднее, чем за 48 часов до прибытия. Аналогичным образом, начиная с 10 февраля и после консультации с экспертами в области здравоохранения, туристы больше не будут обязаны проходить карантин, если они могут представить отрицательный результат ПЦР-тестирования, сделанного не позднее, чем за 48 часов до вылета.
Мы понимаем, что нельзя расслабляться, учитывая непредсказуемость вируса. Мы будем внимательно следить за ситуацией и за тем, чтобы протоколы охраны здоровья и все меры безопасности строго соблюдались на всех туристических объектах», — подчеркивает Пуят.
В соответствии с руководящими принципами IATF-EID туристам из безвизовых стран будет разрешен въезд в страну при условии, что их паспорта действительны не менее шести месяцев на момент прибытия и у них есть билеты на выезд в страну, из которой они прибыли, или в страну, которая является их следующим пунктом назначении. Туристы, приехавшие на отдых, также должны иметь при себе свидетельство о полученной прививке от COVID-19, которая была признана IATF-EID. К таковым относятся: сертификаты о прививках, выданные Всемирной организацией здравоохранения (ВОЗ), VaxCertPH Министерства здравоохранения (доступны по адресу https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph), а также национальный/государственный цифровой сертификат иностранного правительства, принятый VaxCertPH по взаимной договоренности, если иное не разрешено IATF. Вакцины “Спутник V” и “Спутник Лайт” признаны на Филиппинах.
